WHEN THE ANGELS SING

When The Angels Sing

Before that holy night,

Up in Heaven’s throne,

The Father said, “It’s time,

To bring My children home.”

All of Heaven listened,

As love prepared to rise,

The King of Glory’s coming,

To save our broken lives.

When the angels sing, the night turns to morning,

Heaven’s joy is shining on everything.

“Glory to God in the highest,” they cry,

“Peace on earth, your Savior has arrived!”

Hope comes down from Heaven’s mighty King…

When the angels sing.

Out on that quiet hillside,

Beneath the midnight sky,

Shepherds felt the glory

And fear filled every eye.

But mercy spoke with kindness,

“Don’t be afraid tonight—

There’s a baby in a manger,

And He’s the world’s True Light.”

When the angels sing, the night shines bright as morning,

Heaven’s joy is shining on everything.

“Glory to God in the highest,” they cry,

“Peace on earth, your Savior has arrived!”

Grace pours down from Heaven’s mighty King…

When the angels sing.

From the manger to the cross,

From the cross to an empty grave,

The Father’s love was proven,

In the life He came to save.

And still that song keeps ringing,

Across eternity—

The Child of Bethlehem

Brought Heaven’s victory!

When the angels sing, let every heart believe,

Let every voice lift praises to our King.

“Glory to God in the highest,” still they cry,

For Jesus lives, and hope will never die.

All creation bows before our King…

When the angels sing…
